President Ghani orders investigation into Terrorist Attack on ANA Mosque in Khost

Kabul- Condemning the suicide bombing inside a Mosque of the Afghan National Army in Southeast Khost province, President Ashraf Ghani has directed critical investigation into the incident, a statement from Presidential Palace said on Friday.
Calling the terrorist attack in human and un-Islamic, President Ghani ordered the concerned authorities to conduct multi-dimensional investigation into the attack and punished individuals who committed negligence.
Moreover, President also directed health departments to put all efforts on card for the speedy and quick recovery of the wounded military personnel and other compatriots.
According to media reports, twenty-seven Afghan National Army (ANA) soldiers were lost their precious lives and 79 others injured in a blast inside a military mosque in Khost province on Friday, security official said.
Abdullah, spokesman for ANA first bridged in the Mandozai district, said the blast took place during Jumma prayer in the ANA headquarters.
The terrorist attack was widely condemned by the Afghan masses, Kabul-based embassies and various global leaders.
A large number of Afghan people, using their social media handles have urged the US Special Envoy for Afghanistan, Zalmay Khalilzad to covey a tougher message to Taliban and their hosting country, Pakistan to shun terrorism, until the peace process was not ended.
